Our company is not required to appoint a Data Protection Officer under GDPR Article 37.

2. Data Processing Principles
We process personal data in accordance with the following principles set out in GDPR Article 5:
a) Lawfulness, fairness and transparency — data is processed lawfully, fairly and in a transparent manner.
b) Purpose limitation — data is collected for specified, explicit and legitimate purposes.
c) Data minimisation — data is adequate, relevant and limited to what is necessary.
d) Accuracy — data is accurate and kept up to date where necessary.
e) Storage limitation — data is kept in a form that permits identification only for as long as necessary.
f) Integrity and confidentiality — data is processed in a manner that ensures appropriate security, including protection against unauthorised or unlawful processing, accidental loss, destruction or damage.
3. What Data We Collect
Contact form: We collect the data you provide in the name, email, phone number, company name, and message fields, solely for the purpose of responding to your inquiry.
Cookies and analytics: If you accept cookies, we use Google Analytics to collect anonymous visitor statistics (cookie name: _ga, _ga_*, duration: up to 14 months). This data cannot be used for personal identification.
reCAPTCHA: We use Google reCAPTCHA to protect form submissions. This service may collect your IP address and browser data. For details, see Google's Privacy Policy (https://policies.google.com/privacy) and Terms of Service (https://policies.google.com/terms).
4. Legal Basis for Processing
Contact form: The legal basis for processing your inquiry is the performance of pre-contractual measures taken at your request (GDPR Article 6(1)(b)).
Cookies and analytics: The legal basis is your consent, which you provide or decline through the cookie banner (GDPR Article 6(1)(a)).
Legitimate interest: Secure operation of the website and spam protection (GDPR Article 6(1)(f)).
5. Data Retention
Data provided through the contact form is retained for the duration of the resulting business relationship, but no longer than 1 year from the date of submission. After this period, the data is deleted.
Analytics data collected by Google Analytics is retained for 14 months.
6. Data Processors
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties. We use the following service providers for data processing:
• Google Analytics (Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street 4, Dublin, Ireland) — visitor statistics. Processed data: IP address, visit time, visited subpages, operating system and browser type.
• Google reCAPTCHA (Google Ireland Limited) — spam protection. Processed data: IP address, browser data.
• ClickUp (Mango Technologies, Inc., 363 Fifth Ave Suite 300, San Diego, CA 92101, USA) — inquiry management. Processed data: name, email, phone number, company name, message content.
These providers may process data outside the European Union (USA), with adequate protection ensured under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework and Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs).
7. Your Rights
Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:
• Right of access — request information about the data we process about you
• Right to rectification — request correction of inaccurate data
• Right to erasure — request deletion of your data
• Right to be forgotten — if we have made your data public and are obliged to erase it, we will take reasonable steps to inform other controllers processing the data
• Right to restriction — request restriction of data processing
• Right to data portability — request your data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format
• Right to object — object to data processing, including for direct marketing purposes
• Right to withdraw consent — withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of processing carried out before its withdrawal
We will respond to your request without undue delay, and in any event within 1 month of receipt. This period may be extended by a further 2 months where necessary, taking into account the complexity and number of requests. We will inform you of any such extension within 1 month of receipt of the request.

8. Complaints
If you believe your data is being processed unlawfully, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hungarian National Authority for Data Protection and Freedom of Information (NAIH):

9. Automated Decision-Making
We do not use automated decision-making or profiling based on your personal data.
10. Children's Data
Our services are not directed at persons under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
11. Changes to This Policy
We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time. In case of material changes, we will notify users via a prominent notice on our website. Changes take effect upon publication on this website.
